Agworld features in Thrive Top 50 again

Agworld is excited to announce that, for the third year running, the Thrive Agtech & SVG Ventures team has selected Agworld as part of the prestigious Thrive Top 50. The organization behind Thrive, in collaboration with EY, Corteva, Land O’Lakes, Driscoll Berries, Kubota, Taylor Farms, Trimble, Yamaha and others, have vetted over 3,000 global technology companies in this rigorous process. The final list spotlights the companies that exemplify the best in agriculture technology around the world.

Agworld Chief Product Officer Matt Collins comments: “Being selected as part of the Thrive Top 50 for the third year in a row is a testament to the Agworld platform and our great team of people that work tirelessly each day to help our clients improve their processes and results. Making sure our product and services are aligned with our customers is very important to us; being part of the Thrive Top 50 shows us we’re doing the right things and that our industry peers appreciate this as well.”

“We quite often find that disruptive technologies and ‘shiny tools’ with limited in-field practicality steal the limelight within the Agtech industry. Getting recognition in the Thrive Top 50 for Agworld and other technologies that might not be perceived as being as ‘sexy’ as other technologies, clearly shows that it’s the results that matter in the end. Agworld is easy to implement and affordable for all growers and their service providers; it’s technology that is making a difference in growers’ lives today and we are very proud to get recognition for this.”

The 50 growth stage companies in the Thrive Top 50 are chosen for their leadership, technology, and traction, and are selected based on alignments with specific organizational criteria and industry pain points outlined by corporate partners from within the agricultural industry. Mr. Collins: “It’s this acknowledgement by peers, industry partners and experts that makes the Thrive Top 50 especially valuable.”

Agworld President North America Zach Sheely adds: “Agworld has been in operation for 10 years now and we’re experiencing real good traction in all our key markets, which is a clear signal that our product offering is what our audience is looking for in a software provider. We only recently entered the Canadian market and are already getting a lot of positive feedback from growers, agronomists and other service providers that an affordable solution like Agworld is exactly what they need, which is really encouraging.”

The Thrive Innovation Summit is held on March 25th at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley where the US Deputy Secretary of Agriculture, Stephen Censky, will deliver the keynote speech. Agworld President North America Zach Sheely will be present at this summit and is looking forward to meeting you there.
